Feels great to feel great!

After an early night and wonderful sleep I have woken up in the best mood. The day started for me at 6am with a walk down by the bay and a fantastic song by fleetwood mac that completely matched my mood of late. Positive attitude - no looking back, only forward to a bright and beautiful future! Enjoy x

Groovy, hip...I dig it!

Today I have a tasty treat for anyone in the mood for a 60's brit/surf rock beat. Sydney band Deep Sea Arcade has managed to capture a sound from another time with their unique charm, try not to feel great while listening to these catchy tunes...

 It's a Gas!!!!!!
(just had to throw another one in there, couldn't help myself!)

Wake up to this...

There is nothing better then starting your day with the perfect song, it can set you up to be in a great mood for the rest of the day. I kid you not, when this song came on my iPod this morning the biggest smile came on my face and I just couldn't help but strut my stuff all the way to work. I had this vision of a street dance scene from some movie...

She turns the street corner on her way to work, as she turns she sees a stranger on the street looking down on their luck. She points to the stranger and sings...

"HEY, it's your thang.... do what you wanna do!"

The stranger nods in agreement as if to say "hell yeah it's my thing", they join forces and continue to dance down the street, collecting other dancers along the way.

It's your thing!

The Isley Brothers - It's your thing

Don't you just want to dance!
